Received the badges two days later than expected and they aren’t the same as in the picture! They have hearts on the cheeks

The badges I received are not the same design as those in the picture! I specifically ordered these because I'm going to a 1990's rave themed fancy dress party. The ones delivered are no good and are getting sent back.
