These masks are made in the USA. Call the number on the box. I did and spoke to a nice woman in North Carolina.I bought a box in March 2021 (the purple masks) and another in December 2021 (the cream colored masks). The quality was great for both. Each time the masks came in a box with a plastic bag within. Each mask is clearly labeled Made in USA. The masks are clean and odorless.Perhaps someone should look into the negative reviews with photos that seem completely different than what I got when I ordered. I don't often spend my time writing reviews but in this case it seems as if something is fishy and unfair and I felt moved to speak up.The woman on the phone told me that the factory supplies masks in volume to an Amazon Facility in North Carolina and that they box them up to supply Amazon customers. If you visit the ecoguard website you can read about how they manufacture both the fabric for the masks and the masks themselves. All in the USA.I use these for double masking under my own homemade cotton masks. I find the ear loops are comfortable and the fit is secure. I can go all day without feeling discomfort. It is a little hard to breathe when I am called on to exert myself, but I think that means that the two masks are providing some protection.Only once did an ear loop tear off and that was because I yanked hard on it. I'm very happy with these and recommend them.

I have a small face so the fit was very comfortable. I perspire some while wearing the mask but it did not fog my glasses. Very pleased.

Very comfortable on the face and the ear strings don’t hurt the ears. Great neutral color to wear, especially while it’s on your face. I would have preferred the mask individually wrapped because they just come stacked in the box. Fast shipping and affordable.

These came wrapped in plastic as a whole and then wrapped as a group inside the box.I cannot emphasize enough how sensitive I am to chemical smells. (Reactive Airway Syndrome) and these are as near to scent free as I can find. They pass my sniff test!!My work place provides yellow Halyard brand procedure masks. They make my face break out, they frequently smell like diesel fuel and in my opinion, the ear loops are too short so I have to work in PAIN all day!! I HATE THEM.In comparison, the mask portion of these is larger, the loops are longer. I will go to work tomorrow with these in hand and put them to the real life test for 12 hours.As I sit here, I'm ordering more. Excellent! AND made in the USA.

Fit pretty well but have gaps at the side so you need to staple them.

I've bought these masks multiple times throughout the pandemic. The last two boxes I received didn't live up to the standards as before. One box, the masks were defective. Everytime I wore one I felt strings and loose cotton inside. I had to change masks multiple times so I didn't swallow any particles.The last box I ordered, the masks are way too big!!! This having easy access of germs entering. I am very disappointed with these masks now. Tue bad thing about it, it says not returnable....but when purchased it specified they were returnable. I'm good.....I'm moving on to another brand.UPDATE:I wanted to come back and change my review. After posting my experience with these masks, the company contacted me. They were very understanding and offered to makethings right. They gave me the option of a replacement and followed up with me throughout the whole process up to the day I received the new masks. Due to the exceptional service I received, I will definitely shop with them again. I really appreciate how they stand by their product and make sure the customer is happy.
