I bought this replacement battery on 8 September, followed all instructions regarding initial charging and use, and it worked perfectly until yesterday 21 October, when it stopped working all together. Tried switching it off and on again, unplugging, etc. to no avail. The lights are on, my laptop says the battery is charging, but it never does.I wonder what chance there is of getting a refund or replacement after the 30 day return period has ended?

The battery works ok, but tends to have issues with the OS not being able to read the capacity (and other metadata) correctly. It regularly causes the BIOS and OS to complain that it either can't read the battery status or that it is out of charge, although the test-button on the battery itself indicates a high charge level.

The battery appeared to be the correct fit and worked as normal for 4 months. Now, it no longer charges at all when on mains, it just stays at 1% and then dies as soon as you unplug it. In terms of use, I use the laptop in total (on battery/mains) for 16hrs a week, which I wouldn't consider as heavy use at all.This would be a waste of money, you are better off paying more and getting a better battery that will last/has some sort of warranty.

I've had this for 6 months now and it's been gradually been getting worse and as of now has stopped working. So avoid!

Does a good job for a cheap priced battery, haven't had any problems yet.
