Good bit of kit . Works well .

I love this device. I’ve had others but the main problems have been cost of the solution and the applicators have been rubbish in that the flow valve fails easily. Neither of those problems with this one. The sachets are easy to open and have enough stuff to make 0.4l of the saline solution that fills the applicator. The flow valve is solid and sounds like a light 💡 switch when it’s operated, robust. Points to note, you should boil the water if you’re using tap water, I use an exact temperature kettle last thing at night to boil the water for one minute then reheat to 37C in the morning, stupid? No it really hurts if you use water that is too hot or too cold and you’ll probably give up using it.In summary, price point, delivery and ease of use are all excellent, if you need it then buy it.

Happy with this item, seems to do the trick. The only criticism I would have it that when you click the button it doesn’t seem to hold the flow. Apart from that, very happy.

A useful item for rinsing the nose.My wife used to make the kids wash only their hands with soap after coming home, but now, during virus season, they also have to rinse their noses with this thing. :)

I was really impressed with the price and packaging of this item. But this item is not usable. It burns and stings to the point of being unbearable which I've never had a problem with. Even tried using less or more of the salt to alter the concentration. Even at low amounts it's unbearable. Returned for a refund.

Very easy to use, lightweight, works a treat!!

So far, so good. Very effective and easy to use. Have used it daily as advised by ENT and I can feel and see less inflammation. I would recommend this product.

Unfortunately although it said it comes with 2 tips one for adults and one child's tip mine only came with the one tip and I'm not sure which tip it is the child's or adult one.
