I ordered this puzzle for my grandfather, he views himself as quite the puzzle aficionado, and he absolutely loved it! The colors are very vibrant and it's just the right level of challenging! He ordered a frame and plans to hang this one in his office 😁

I've been on a puzzle spree. In my childhood, I had a cork-backed puzzle that had the most satisfying fitting pieces. For some reason, no modern companies seem to do cork backs, so I've been buying one puzzle from every major brand to see how the modern cardboard puzzles hold up.Clementoni - thick pieces but quite a few had peeling backs or split edges. A lot of stuck together pieces, like the die was dull. Fairly crumbly/loose-fitting--cannot pick up sections and move them easily.Ravensburger - thick pieces, good quality. VERY crumbly/loose-fitting--cannot pick up sections and move them at all.Masterpieces - almost too tight of fit, not easy to disassembleBuffalo - too shiny, much glare. Good fit, but quite a few split edges/peeling.Cobble Hill - I don't remember specifics, to be honest, but I do remember enjoying it.And finally, this Elena Essex puzzle. The pieces aren't super think like Ravensburger or Clementoni, but they are thick enough. They have a nice matte finish so glare won't get in your way. The cut was perfect. I didn't have any pieces not fully cut. The fit was also perfect. Which is to say, just tight enough to transfer groups of assembled pieces, but just loose enough to make taking it apart pretty easy.So functionality-wise, this is the best puzzle so far. And I love super bright puzzles, so the image was perfect. The color gradient with the black background is just stunning. I will definitely be looking for Elena Essex puzzles again.

First of all we are going to talk about the puzzles, then about the amazing customer service provided by Elena. We bought the Night Reef puzzle from Elena Essex, and it is spectacular, wonderful, perfect. We love it. We had some problems with a couple of pieces, so we wrote to Elena telling her about our problem. Her response was immediate. No problem she said, I would send you the pieces right away. We are talking from London to Bogota. In any case we were always in contact, and when the pieces did not arrive (post office issues). She sent us a replacement puzzle (no questions asked).So I have to say that Elena is the best. The customer service provided by her was the best I have ever received. Thank you for everything Elena.

I am an avid and particular puzzler. The Elena Essex line is the very best quality I’ve ever seen. The designs are great. The shapes of puzzle pieces vary. The feel of the pieces is fantastic. Customer service is top notch. I highly recommend anything Elena Essex does. I own and have worked at least five of her puzzles and have several more on my wishlist. Eventually I’ll get to them all. 😊

I am usually hesitant buying puzzles which aren’t Ravensburger or Buffalo Games puzzles, because some other brands have the tendency to have pieces that break while breaking the puzzle apart, after finishing it.This is not the case with this.This is a high quality, sturdy and well made puzzle with such a beautiful motive. Don’t hesitate preserving it, you will not regret it!I will definitely purchase more of these puzzles. Please make more! I am in love!

This is my second Essex puzzle and I really like them! The colors are pretty and the quality of the pieces is great. This puzzle poses a little bit of a challenge but isn’t too frustrating. Great for anyone looking for a puzzle to just relax with.

This is one of the most fun puzzles we have made. I highly recommend the company.

Son chose this one after we completed the Christmas jigsaw and we weren’t disappointed. Pieces fit well and easily (so strange shapes to contend with). The box makes the jigsaw a beautiful gift should you wish and the poster makes keeping an eye on colour ways very handy. We’ve already purchased another jigsaw in this range, were that happy with them.

Ich war wirklich positiv überrascht von der Qualität des Puzzles!Kein einziges Teil hing an einem Anderen, alle waren sauber ausgestanzt. Vollständig ist es auch.Das Motiv ist super schön und macht Spaß. Hin und wieder gibt es ähnliche Teile die auch noch ähnlich gut passen, aber das macht es meiner Meinung nach umso spannender und macht mehr Spaß.Die Form der Puzzleteile ist auch abwechslungsreicher als bei den meisten anderen Puzzlen.Ich hatte viel Spaß und kann es jedem weiter empfehlen.Schwierigkeitsgrad empfinde ich als leicht-Mittel. Ich habe ungefähr 5 Stunden dran gesessen, die ich aber voll genossen habe. ☺️Einzig das Teil auf dem Foto hat eine leichte Macke und die Ecke steht ein bisschen ab.
