Got this to help keep up my breastmilk supply. I can say after almost a month of use I have gone from 12oz per day to about 16-19oz depending on how many times I am able to pump. Im at about 3-4oz per pumping session currently. Ive been taking only 1 pill daily in the morning, I have currently added in a nightly pill as well to see if it helps increase a little more. This has also helped with my tiredness throughout the day

I am up early , pre menopause and periods are less painful, fibro pain seems less and energy coming back. Take this if you can , turmeric extra strength and k2 with d3 ( right amounts) if you suffer from pain. I didn't intend to loss weight and have including belly fat is almost gone .

I got this brand since the usual one I use was on back order. I noticed that these don’t work as well. It usually helps with my asthma and I could tell the difference. Smell is minimal and there is no after taste but will be sticking with another brand.
