Sincerely pleased with this hub! I bought it about 2 months ago and it's been working like a dream. I use it to switch my home office workstation between my personal miniPC, and work laptop. This allows me to have my 2 monitors, my wireless keyboard and mouse, all plugged into the hub. Then I just can swap the hub's cable between my 2 computers. Couldn't be simpler. I bought this for the longer cable than most other brands have (at a foot long I don't have to have my personal and work computers right on top of each other). NOTE: you'll need to connect a power supply to the hub in order to have things like USB dongles function. I am using the power supply for my laptop which fortunately happened to be USB-C. It does generate a little heat, but no more than I would expect for a device hub.

It is easy to use and connect to two or more monitors or laptops or phone. The performance is a bit slow if used for charging laptop which is understandable. The quality is durable. It has USB ports. It worths the money.

I initially bought an Anker dock since I was more familiar with their brand. Unfortunately it didn't work ....in fact I bought 2 and neither would pass through power from my USB PD PPS 100w Ugreen block. So I figured I might as well try a Ugreen dock since one would think they'd be compatible. Luckily it works perfectly. I now have my laptop connected to 2 monitors, a keyboard, mouse, and a USB hub for various extra devices as needed. I have noticed windows 11 can be kinda janky when it comes to the monitors working. So I will frequently have to unplug and replug it back in to get windows to refresh and let everything work properly again. But so far so good! Gets a little warm, especially with 2 monitors and charging the laptop but not warm enough to worry about. Was bummed Anker stuff didn't work out but Ugreen stuff seems pretty good too! I've only had one defective Ugreen product so far out of probably 8 or 9 (mostly chargers, cables, and these hubs). So if you're on the fence give it a shot. Definitely glad I didn't go with one of the no name brand ones. Only thing I wish it had was audio out for my speakers but it's not a huge problem. Just one extra thing to plug in

Item is as describe. Immediately works once plug into my laptop, no driver download or updates require for it. I am able to use my 100w iniu wall charging adapter and charging cord to connect to power direct port to charge my laptop. As long as no other items is being charge off my iniu wall charging adapter it charges normal, if I have another item connected to my wall adapter then my laptop will say slow charge and I need to connect a charger directly into the laptop. I am happy the product has worked with no issues and is functional for me. I like that this item is affordable and it meets my goal of having one less electronic device plug into outlet.

I've had this for only a few months and it's on the fritz. I lost my 2nd screen while doing a client demo today and it threw off my whole call. Extremely annoying. The unit was really hot, seemed to blink off and then come back with weird back and white lines across the screen.
