外枠はプラスチック羽や風車はナイロン製の布ですので天候に関係なく外へ出しています。風が吹くと羽が回り風の向きが変わると、あちらを向いたりこちらを向いたりで楽しめます。我が家１階なのでベランダから１メートルほど先に、３メートル程の高さに設置して楽しんでいます。

Love it. So cheerful, gives wind direction and speed better than a weathervane. Survives up to 40km winds, but wings dismantle beyond this, but clip back in again easily. It is my garden mascot.

Every one wanted one as soon as I showed it to them, family, friends, neighbors. Very good overall but the stem could be a tad longer. Highly recommend the "In The Breeze" brand products and so I am buying more for family. Lots of cute characters to choose from.
