I updated the outside of my house with black windows, flashing, gutters, etc. This was the one of the few OEM equivalents I could find in black. The price is also attractive. A few notes for others:- The provided installation screws are of poor quality and broke at the head causing me to have to drill a new location for the unit. I recommend buying your own screws once to get the unit.- These units do not support the ability to close the garage door by just pressing the "ENTER" button. This was a nice feature of the OEM units. With this unit, you have to enter your code to open or close the door.

The keypad was just as advertised. It was easy to program per the instructions on the inside of the cover and then install outside once I completed testing it. I didn’t need tech support. The only thing that I could have hoped for was that the bottom screw hole matched the old keypad but it was easy enough to drill a small hole and screw it in. The keypad comes with screws for mounting along with plastic anchors if someone is mounting on sheet rock.

This product was easy to instal and program with my garage remote-making my garage accessible without a remote

Why can't I get the black one to work. I go through the programming steps and then hit yellow learn button on my xtreme garage door opener and nothing. Light bulbs and everything work in opener? Maybe it doesn't work with my opener???

When we painted our garage door and trim black, the old tan keypad looked.....well.....like you'd think it would look. This universal keypad for our Lift Master works great. And I think it looks great too😍

I have had a hard time finding a keypad that will work for my garage door however this one solved that problem. The programming is a little complicated but the instructions that come with it are very helpful and definitely doable - I typically just try to program without instructions which was my mistake.

There are five of us at home and only three cars -two of which have garage door openers so we needed an extra way to get in the house. Of course the kids don’t ever have their house key! This works when someone goes outside for a walk and gets locked out by us ( happens a lot-lol) thus way we know no one is stuck outside!

The enter button does not close the door. I did some trouble shooting and still no luck. I would have liked this feature :(

I needed to buy a black opener and I didn’t recognize this brand, but I tried it and I would highly recommend it. It seems the same as my Liftmaster.

I bought this because it came in black and I wanted to match the trim on my garage.I spent about 4 hours trying to get it to work. Even though it says compatible with Security 2.0 specification, perhaps the newer models are using something different. I returned it.Later I bought a Chamberlain brand and got it working in 60 seconds.

This is a good product. Easy to program ... Really quite "streamline" when instructions are followed.
