Q: I have a very fine scratche on my bathroom mirrors. Will this work? Can it do more damage?

Probably would work but would take you long time. Primarily used to polish optical glass. On a camera lens it took me and hour to polish out faint cleaning marks. Will not work on deep scratches.

Yes, Cerium Oxide can be used on any glass, even household windows. Check the depth of your scratches, if you run your nail across the scratch and it catches at all, those scratches are too deep for removal. Be sure to keep the area damp and avoid overheating which can occur when the product has dried during use. Likely. Just know that this process takes FOREVER. So be patient
