I really like this product I even bought one for my wife. I bought another type last year and it was not good at all stayed on all the time this one here it goes off when it's supposed to. Or just a great safety feature for me

I gifted these to my mother and mil for christmas. they said they got VERY hot so be careful

I got this for my husband as a gift for the office. He is always getting up to reheat his coffee throughout the day. This was an ideal addition to his desk. It was small enough to sit discreetly on his desk and kept his coffee warm through the morning.

It heated great for about a day and then would NOT heat up no matter how many times I tried. Unplugged and replugged it in nothing.

Took a risk on this one with only one review but it works great. Like most other mug warmers, this works best with flat-bottom ceramic, glass or metal mugs and cups. It's meant to keep a hot or warm drink at the temperature it had when you placed it on the plate, although at the higher temperature it may even make it a little hotter. But if you place a cold drink on it, it won't make it hot...it's not a stove. Most of the negative reviews I see on other warmers is probably due to user error...people not following the proper use of the product. Purchased this one for my son; purchasing another one for me now...:)

I have 3 mug warmers,but this is my favorite because it doesn't have an edge and my tea kettle or large mugs can fit kn top without it tipping to 1 side like the other mug warmers

This is a very nice coffee or tea warmer and a perfect addition to my work desk. It takes up very little space on my desk (which is usually very crowded) so it is always within arms reach. This coffee warmer has two settings but I really only used the lowest setting as I find it keeps my coffee or tea at the perfect temperature. It is a little too easy to hit the heat setting button on the top which bumps the temperature up or turns off the warmer but the light on top changes from red (for the low setting) to blue (for the high setting) so it is easy to tell when you change it. Might be nice to have the light on the top (so you don't forget to turn it off, which it will do automatically after so many hours) but have the heat setting button on the side. That is a minor detail as I love this warmer and will give it a lot of use with the cooler seasons coming. I usually have a couple of cups of coffee in the morning then switch over to tea in the afternoon. I will get a second one for the home office too.

Got this for a great price but it would not turn off.... very disappointed and returned :(
