Love the feel of this shower head! Has great pressure, hubby loves the 12" head, he loves the having the option to adjust the arm since we have a height difference. Not cheap at all! Easy to install. No leaks. The handle spray options are a great feature. Only issue was the handle holder glue is weak, had to use something heavy duty to stick to the wall.

I never thought a shower could feel like a spa retreat, but this 12" Rain Shower Head Combo proved me wrong in the best way possible. Would have been 5 stars but I had to return it. It leaked and then a piece broke off. Easy return and once new one was installed no leaks and works great! Water pressure is perfect.

As another review stated “the weight of shower head is too heavy for their weak elbow joints to support - the splines used for adjustment of the arms strip with the weight of the shower head”. I couldn’t agree more. We tried installing using the tape provided and was splashed immediately by water. We later had our handyman installed the shower head using tape from the hardware store. The spraying from the joints stopped, but we kept seeing droplets. The shower head would collapse at the joints every time we would use it, hitting my husband’s head multiple times (it didn’t get my kids and I because we are shorter). We really wanted it to work and kept it up for a week, but eventually all of the joints kept collapsing and we could only shower using the handheld sprayer. We love the handheld sprayer though and will look into buying an attachment that allows us to have a sprayer with our old shower head - as this is all being returned.

Installation was very easy and it works perfectly. Only one thing I wish was that either the head of the shower extended longer or the house for the floating head were longer to make it more comfortable for two people. Aside from that, one of the best purchases we made this year. We long our long rainfall showers. Water pressure is nice. Great value for the money and looks great when installed.
