Excellent quality
From the beautiful look of the wood, to the perfect mitered corners, and the way the hardware is inlaid into the wood rather than just attached to it, this is a well crafted box. Perfect for keeping mementos and keepsakes. The locking mechanism works to keep those curious, nosey, busybodies from seeing your intimate and personal treasures. Extremely pleased with this beautiful box and highly recommend the L&S company and their products.

Lovely! Highly recommend
The media could not be loaded. Beautiful work! Good storage space and divider system. The tray was a tad warped but it didn't really affect the general functionality. Basic but effective locking mechanism keeps the lid shut. Sturdy and simple, yet (again) beautiful; definitely recommend!

Well made and looks great
I wanted a decent, long lasting, none plastic storage container for my steak knives. This was the perfect fit. The lock was a bonus, it works very smoothly. The product is well made and the hinges are discrete. The lid fits perfectly, no wobbling or uneven edges. It was delivered without issue, no damaged corners or scuffing. The finish is good. I don’t review much but wanted to let buyers know that this is a great price for a quality product. Shipped quickly.

Attractive but not the best made
I like the looks but the quality seems a little cheap with dividers not fitting perfectly and seeing a little flimsy. That said it does the job it's designed for reasonably well.

The box is very well made. The wooden cylinder beautiful. The key broke on the first try, but that’s ok.

Not a nice finish. So disappointed.
I ordered this box as a replacement for a box this same company sent with a scratch on the lid (and some shoddy glue work inside). This replacement came, and it’s worse. The finish has a large rough patch across the lid - not the nice finish the previous box had. And also another section of the lid has an odd ripple (maybe from the varnish?). It’s so sad because I REALLY wanted to love this box. Everything else about it would have been perfect but the rough patch in the top makes it unsuitable for the memorial keepsake box we wanted to use it for. Very disappointed that I have to return both the boxes they sent.
