Never used one of these, but it's a good fit. I'm 5'10'' 210 lbs, male and it fits snug but still fits good.. Good cushion. Takes a little getting used to but really helped when I work all day on the phone.

Lite weight, very useful after surgury.
Had total hip replacement this is a perfect cushion you have to keep your bottom higher them your legs, not heavy but I couldn't use for 4 weeks, it is semi firm. Now use every day around house.

Strong chemical smell
I haven’t been able to use it due to a strong chemical smell. I tried spraying it with Febreze, but the chemical smell is too strong.
