They do the job and fit ok, but the one strip of adhesive could have been longer to prevent the top from folding over when the shorts get dropped to urinate.

Item is great, my husband found them to be very comfortable and with good absorbency.

Decided to try these and was disappointed in the absorbency. Prevail Maximum is much better.
