My resident Robin loves it and has taken ownership from day 1, in true Robin fashion fiercely defending it. Only occasionally do other singing birds including sparrows get the chance to sneak in and steal' some food. They too have taken to the feeder from day 1 despite other feeders available in my garden.The feeder is surprisingly sturdy and the domed roof is keeping the food reasonably dry even in wet and windy weather. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I bought this to add to my feeding station so I can ensure the little ones get some goodies before the jackdaws and wood pigeons hoover up the lot. It works really well and the robins especially love it.

An expensive but very well made feeder, so worth investing in.The metal parts are all non-rusting, and the plastic parts are thick and strongly made, so the feeder should last for years.The bowl unscrews very smoothly reflecting the quality of construction and it is therefore very easy to remove it for washing.The roof can be lowered or raised using a very clever cord grip mechanism, so the gap between the roof and the bowl can be adjusted so that bigger birds can be excluded. The tits robins, and sparrows are therefore delighted that they have their own feeder!The only problem I had is that the hook is very open, so that when I hung it on the wire in my garden I had to use a small piece of wire to close off the opening in the hook so that the feeder doesn't fall off the wire when it is windy.This is the second type of feeder I have recently bought from "Jacobi Jayne I Love Robins", and they are both of an excellent design and quality.

Bought this for the robins as I have a nesting pair every year. Filled it with Robin seed mix and the berry suet pellets I know they love, but they’ve been nowhere near several months down the line. The pigeons & doves however love to fly up and chest bump it to know the food to the ground.On the plus side it seems quite sturdy; on the downside I thought it overpriced - but then what isn’t nowadays?

Easy to put together. Bird food is always gone by the next day, though it's probably magpies eating it rather than the robin 🥴 but hopefully not. It's very elegant and cute maybe a tad pricey for what it is.

Great little product. Perfect for smaller to medium size birds (up to blackbird size) the canopy over the food tray keeps it dry and clean and is adjustable so that you can slide it up and down the central bar and set it at a height that works for your birds! As it’s transparent, you get to see all of the bird while they feed and it’s very easy to sterilise to keep the birds safe from any infections. Will be even more useful in the winter when the rain can spoil their seeds and suet pellets.

By the sturdiness of this. I did ask my husband to he-man the hook into a circle because the wind kept knocking it off the shepherd’s hook. This thing went flying 4 times before he did that. Not only is it not cracked, but there isn’t even a scratch on it. I like that the top piece is adjustable. It makes it easier to fill it and helps keep the peskier big birds out of it so the bluebirds have a shot at it.

Favorite place for small birds.

Per qualche strano motivo i pettirossi non la usano ma cince e ballerine si. Cibo rimane asciutto anche con pioggia e vento. A distanza di 6 mesi la vite si è spannata, quindi la base cade a terra all'improvviso...temo che prima o poi si rompa

I still put tap around the pole underneath the catch, I don’t trust them since one collapsed and a bird was trapped in it. But it’s a nice feeder for smaller birds and easy to clean. I have multiples and swap them out weekly and run the used ones through the dishwasher.
