This worked great on my hair. I have well water and my hair gets very dull. I use it once every 10 days or so and it brings back all the shine and softness. Highly recommend. Doesn't smell bad just not a favorite for personal preference. I will still buy again.

Love this clarifying shampoo. It is Sulfate-Free so its great for colored hair. It is meant to remove product buildup and does just that! I used to use Neutrogena Anti-Residue but found it too harsh since I now color my hair with Demi's. This really cleaned my hair well. Gives me the squeaky clean feeling I like from a clarifying shampoo. But this doesnt leave my hair totally dried out like regular clarifiers. It has a clean scent in my opinion and the consistency is a little watery. This is my new HG clarifying shampoo and will def continue to purchase this.

Arrived May 2025; top taped, no leaks. I was afraid to order because of how many people received leaking bottles, but it looks like they updated the packaging. Yayyy!

The makes my hair soft and shiny. The texture feels so good. Removes residue. I use it at least once a week to keep my hair feeling natural and healthy. It only takes a small amount to lather for my whole head. The bottle is lasting me for a couple of months the and I still have a lot left.

It removed a lot of scalp buildup.

My curly-hair specialist recommended this, and I love the light citrus scent. My hair feels very clean afterward. My only complaint is that my scalp sometimes feels a little dry, but that has improved as I started using table salt as a scalp scrub after my hair is all sudsy. When the dead skin is gone, it all feels better.

This shampoo literally destroyed my incredibly healthy hair. I have very long thick hair that I’ve been fortunate enough to keep beautiful for decades. Well… now I’m scrambling to figure out what to do.Everyone in my salon knows me and my hair. I’ve been going there every month for eight years. My stylist recommended this after hearing about it at one of her conference meetings. Fast forward four months and I’ve lost more than 30% of my hair. 30%!!!!My crown is so thin you can see my scalp. I can’t get my hair to part nicely now because it’s just so thin… my heart is broken.My once vibrant and healthy hair is brittle and breaks if you look at it the wrong way. The strands used to stretch and bounce back, now it just snaps. I can literally feel my hair breaking off from my scalp when it gets caught in my shirt or jacket.My stylist used to tell me EVERY time I was in her chair (every 4 weeks) how healthy and beautiful it was.I’m completely devastated.I am taking hundreds of dollars of supplements now hoping to bring my hair back to life.Please… do not use this product.
