Unfu*k Yourself 2024 Day-to-Day Calendar: Get Out of Your Head and Into Your Life

I'm a huge fan of Gary and have read all his books. When I recently came across this desk calendar, I just knew I had to add it to my desk setup. It's a perfect start to every morning and really helps start your mindset off on a right path first thing in the morning. Very inspirational!

He actually says it like it is :-) There's no sugar coating, no hugging, no 'you're doing your best' kind of talk that in reality is holding us back. It's direct, it's painful, and it says what I'm always saying (alienating people sometimes in the process) - take ****ing responsibility for your life, your emotions, your feelings. Get out of your head, start living. Do differently. Don't give away your power by making yourself a victim, by complaining, blaming other people/circumstances etc. Face yourself. Yes, it is painful, but the world needs more evolved beings, calmer, happier, more responsible, and more adult.

I buy this calendar every single year for my husband for his stocking! We keep it on our desk since we work remotely.I can’t tell you how enlightening it is. You tear off the pages, which then you have to through away. That’s both a pro and con because some of the phrases you want to keep to look back on but don’t want the clutter! They also pile up on our desk. But everyday it’s a little something to look forward to! Great for gifts.

I really like this calendar. I’ve bought it a few years in a roe but thought i might try a different one this year. BIG mistake. After receiving the other calendar, I came back to Amazon and went back to this one in less that a week.

Most of the daily wisdom is on point and worth the reminder.

I have enjoyed the 2023 desktop so much that it was a no brainer to order the 2024 once it became available!
