never used this product before but was extremely pleased. The gel made lighting the charcoal very easily and it didn't take long to get a beautiful, even burn that created the most delicious taste to the steak. Highly recommended

Spot on. Delivery was 5x1kg bags instead of 2x2.5kg but not a problem at all for me. Arrived a week earlier than stated from Germany, even in this current crisis. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

Arrived on time and no problems with the packaging. The only issue was receiving 5 bags of 1kg and not the advertised 2.5kg. Not really a big deal but the information should be correct.

Just perfect for the Lotusgrill. Smokeless and quick to light. Delivery was swift despite it coming from Germany. Would be nice to have a UK distributor for such high quality products.

La carbonella Lotus grill ha una resa incredibile che non riscontro in nessun altro prodotto.Anziché ricevere 2x2,5kg ho ricevuto 5x1kg, non mi lamento di certo, i sacchi piccoli sono più maneggevoli.Ho anche ricevuto 1x500ml di pasta anziché 2x200ml, ci ho anche guadagnato in quantità, non posso davvero lamentarmi e in tempi di Covid, dove tutto procede giustamente a rilento, sono contenta che il venditore mi abbia accontentato come poteva. Spedizione arrivata in anticipo, fosse Prime sarebbe il TOP.

Le produit est bien problème livraison pas au domicile

un po' caro rispetto ad altri prodotti simili sul mercato. va detto però che è perfetto per il Lotus grill e produce una carbonella durevole, che consente una grigliata abbondante per 4 persone.
