At $33 for three 3 lb 4 oz bags ($11 per bag), I was initially taken aback by the price. However, I can confidently say these are the best biscuits I've ever made, so I didn’t hesitate to order.The mix is incredibly simple to use—just add buttermilk and combine. You can roll out the dough or drop spoonfuls or cookie scoop (my personal choice) directly onto a greased baking sheet. They bake beautifully at 450°F in just 10 minutes, leaving enough time to whip up some homemade sawmill gravy.The biscuits come out fluffy, light, and absolutely delicious. Each batch yields 12 generously sized biscuits. The mix also includes recipes for other treats like pancakes and cheddar biscuits reminiscent of Red Lobster's famous biscuits (just watch the salt in the topping—it can be a bit strong).While I wish this product was available locally to avoid the price tag, it’s perfect for special occasions or when you want to impress guests. This is hands down the best baking mix I’ve ever used. Five stars!

Guys if you struggle like I do making homemade biscuits then you should try this. All you add is your milk, buttermilk or water follow directions on back and you have perfect delicious biscuits every time.

All you need is this mix and buttermilk and you are good to go. This is hands down the best biscuit mix that I have ever come across. You just need to remember to use soft hands when working the dough. Over worked dough makes for biscuits that do not rise well and can be tough.

I don't usually use mixes for my baking, but this is one that I always have on hand. It makes the best biscuits, fluffy, flaky and buttery. The shortening flakes add to the flakiness I think, I follow the recipe and use buttermilk. So easy to make, theres no excuse not to have biscuits!
