The absolute best wrap for any cheese. Cheese stays fresh forever! Recommended by a friend and I recommended it to friends who all love how well it keeps the cheese fresh without getting moldy or hard.

I was tired of buying cheese and having it turn moldy quickly, so I was thrilled when I heard about these cheese papers. For some reason that I don't understand, they work like a charm. And they're reusable. Just wash them in warm soapy water, rinse and let dry.

It works, but don't understand why it is black. Have to pencil or magic marker labels now to identify.

We like cheese in this house - really good, expensive cheese. But there are only 2 of us so sometimes we don't get around to eating it before it goes "off". This paper actually does extend the life of your cheese. We can get at least an extra 2 weeks plus when we use this paper. It's worth the investment when you consider throwing away an expensive piece of cheese :( This is a 2-layer "paper". The inside is a plastic & the outside is kind of a waxy paper/parchment. You can cut the sheets in half if you have a smaller piece of cheese to store. These are manufactured in France. I have found these for less money in markets in Europe so if you are there, seek them out! Ask a cheese monger if he will sell it to you. It makes a really good souvenir.

I was never able to keep cheese fresh in the fridge without it getting gross or dried out until I found these sheets, they work so well! They're also reusable as long as you're gentle when you wash them!

Before I bought this cheese paper I would do the cheese search in the refrigerator. After buying cheeses, opening them, and then rewrapping them in heaven knows what--namely plastic wrap, aluminum foil, plastic containers, it was always the same result, moldy cheese. Not only that, but unless it was an identifiable cheese, like Brie, I didn't know what I had wrapped because the label was no longer there. This paper is similar to what Kerrygold cheese is wrapped in--it's a lightweight paper lined with a porous type of plastic. The box contains the paper in sheets plus some stickers that you can write on with the name of the cheese and the date it was wrapped or even sell by date. There are also pictures of a sheep, cow, and goat so the source can be identified by circling or checking one of them! What I also like is that the cheeses can be rewrapped after use and amazingly the stickers still stick! The paper can also be cut to size to wrap smaller cheeses. So far I have noted that the cheeses have stayed fresh with not a trace of mold. I found this product advertised in Cooks Illustrated and was delighted that I could order it here on Amazon! I highly recommend this product to all cheese lovers! Just a note: I've also discovered that deli meats keep very well in this paper as well.

I cannot believe how long cheese lasts inside this paper. No mold, no drying out. Zero waste!!! How am I just hearing about this now? When I think of all the plastic I've used over the years wrapping cheese, and how it NEVER GOES AWAY ... well, if a sea turtle or a salmon or a young child inheriting this planet wants to beat me up in a dark alley, I will have earned that beating. Anyway, buy this. Do it. It's so worth it, for your cheese, for your wallet, and for the sea turtles / salmon / underwater organisms + roving bands of young children just looking to inherit a planet. Love, love, love this product.

My son ordered this item for me. Apparently he ordered the papers instead of the bags. When I received the package I didn't want to go through the process of changing it to the bags so I have been using them for wrapping cheese. I much prefer the bags however. The next time this order is made I will make sure it is the bags.

I had a friend give me this cheese paper last year. It is absolutely amazing! I buy large wedges of gouda cheese from Costco. Once I've opened it I use the cheese paper to wrap it in. It keeps fresh forever - no drying out and no mold. I ran out a while ago and thought that wax paper would do the trick. No such luck. I was excited to see that Amazon has it. Highly recommend.

Expensive for what it is, should come with way more stickers but it works. Buy normal cheese paper it does the same thing.

La use para almacenar queso. Util para poco tiempo. Si el queso se queda mas tiempo se llena de moho. Es mejor ponerlo en vacio.

utilisé pour emballer du fromage. Très bien mais les feuilles sont chères et sont grandes pour un morceau et trop petites pour être coupées en 2. Donc pas très rentable mais efficace
