Lenovo Professional Wireless Rechargeable Keyboard -US English

Customer support is frustrating. I ordered directly from Lenovo. Right out of the box one of the keys is sticking. Trying to find support on their website and no way to get in touch with them unless I call. Got nowhere on their website because they require the serial number but absolutely would not recognize the one I entered. No way am I going to download software just so that they can detect the product; it should be a no brainer to provide the serial number. The number is buried in their S/N line of the product (it's not the whole line) and their website is difficult to see where they say the serial number is located ... have to zoom waaay in. Can't return the product until you have a case number from support and I've spent hours going in circles just trying to contact support. My phone does not recognize the QR code on the keyboard (black on a gray background, really hard to see). Else keyboard feels fine, nothing spectacular, and is beautiful. I like the flat keys and the full size. Keys are slightly textured. I had hoped that has the feel of the keyboard on the Lenovo Yoga but it's not. I will try making that phone call when I can, when they are open and when I'm not working.
