Perfect for the job ...
Bought it to pump vinegar through my tankless water heater. The plumber who installed it wanted $200 to come out and do it for me. Looked pretty easy so I bought the pump, some SS braided hoses, a bucket and added 5 gallons of vinegar. The whole setup was less than $100 and I'll do it myself. So easy. The pump was perfect. It's got plenty of power to push the vinegar solution through the HWT for about 2-3 hours.

Flawless Operation
I used this product for back flushing a marine engine cooling system. I pumped phosphoric acid from a bucket through the system and back into the bucket. Circulated it for four hours then pumped clear water through for four hours .This was done through two engines over two days. I know the pump wasn't designed to do this but it was an inexpensive way to do thee job. Since then I have used the pump for pumping water whenever needed. My point is it pumped the acid without a hitch. It should pump water for a long period of time.

Great little pump, with one catch
While it's true that, unlike the description, a regular U.S. standard garden hose does NOT attach to it, it works well and very easily to move water. It's not overly fast, so if you're in a big hurry you might want to get a larger pump.As for the hose, I was disappointed that a regular garden hose won't attach (if so I would have rated it five stars), but I had an old garden hose that I cut the female end off of, slid it over the smaller connecter that's attached, and secured it with a clamp (tightens with a screwdriver) and it works perfectly. I realize not everybody will have those things handy, but it worked easily.

Pump stopped working at the 3rd use
In fact a few of debris in the water make suction power bad. After cleaning after disassemble, the screw got really loose and the suction didn't goes well. This product is made really poorly.

Decent pump for the price
It is a decent sump pump. It can move some water fast. The only dislike about it is the cheap float. Its attached to a cord and just hangs off the pump I've had to giggle it a few times to actually get the pump to turn on. It doesn't seem very sensitive. After having the pump installed less than a year hearing it kick on maybe a few times a week for less than a minute at a time it is now not working. No sound or flow out of it what so ever. Guess time to buy a newer different one.

I purchased this sump pump because my existing sump pump ...
I purchased this sump pump because my existing sump pump died during the severe rain we are getting in the Baltimore area. Bought this to replace a submersible utility pump that I purchased at Home Depot that could not keep up with the water flow into my sump well attached to a 5/8" garden hose. I bought the Little Giant SPDK 1-1/2" discharge hose to attach to this pump because I saw that the connectors started at only 1". This combination has saved me from additional flooding in my basement. (A word of caution: If you use the included slide on connection directly to the pump, you will have to take care and set the float to not come into contact with the discharge hose. It took me a couple of cycles to get it just right. Now my basement is flood free before I have the new drain tiles and new sump pump and well installed.)

FLUENTPOWER DRAIN WATER PUMP
I’ve been paying plumbers to flush my tankless water heater for years. But due to COVID 19, a lot of plumbers are too busy.So after watching You Tube, I was able to flush my water heater myself. This water pump works so well.
