This is a pretty straight forward kitchen knife. The ergonomics are nice, it comes shaving sharp, and it so far seems to clean pretty easily. The message on the knife is a nice touch, and the box makes for an effective gift presentation. As far as cheaper gift knives go, you can do much worse than this one.
