The contents of the tablets contain the necessary minerals for myself. This is a potent Testosterone booster and one tablet is take daily in the evening. This is the ONLY affordable product that contains the overlooked Boron element. The tablets themselves are quite large, in fact the largest tablets that i take. Sometimes i do struggle to swallow whole with a glass of water.

After a few blood tests I was told my magnesium levels were consistently low…these tablets corrected that. The calcium is good for aging bones…and the boron is good for sexual experiences as you get older, better ejaculations and staying power.

Well produced product. Know that the contents are reliable and well absorbed. Not as far as I know used for pain relief, though your questions suggest it is.

I dowsed that I should take these for my nails but that it would take some months for them to improve. Whether this is what these tablets are generally meant for I don't know, so this could have been a personal remedy. I find any tablet difficult to swallow so sometimes I mash them up with a pestle and mortar. I always find Solgar to be a very reputable company.

I first bought one in Israel whilst on holiday as I was told Israel is abundant with Boron (turned out that info was wrong as Turkey is the global leader in boron export and production). As I have joints/ muscle problems in my legs I was advised to take Boron. Amazon is great to have the same item in UK. Yes I had lesser muscle spasms but not sure if it worked for my joints.
