Light and Heat
Hard to find incandescents and we use this to warm a small space to avoid freezing pipes. LED's don't do the job. Use in a clamp Reflector. Good for our garage/workshop as it has a stronger filament and designed to withstand vibrations (slamming doors etc) and rough handling. Pricey. Works fine.

Beautiful and bright
I read the reviews and thought they would be dim. However they are quite brighter than the LEDs I replaced them with. They work very well with my wall dimmer switch and there is 0 flicker.

Finally Found Incandescent Bulbs
Since the government has nearly banned the sale of incandescent bulbs, they're hard to find and stores don't sell them. I need them to properly work my garage door opener. The others cause it to malfunction. Some others that I've purchased on Amazon break in the socket or blow immediately. These seem to be working well.

Works great in garage
Finally..bulbs that work in my garage. LED bulbs consistently flickered so I was very happy finding these incandescent bulbs. They work great!

these bulbs from sg-ny lasted almost a week and burnt out at the same time.

Finally an incandescent I can still buy...
Bulbs arrived in perfect condition. I had been searching long and hard for an actual incandescent bulb, because I just prefer it for my artwork vs LED lighting. Often LED's have a weird color spectrum and don't produce a neutral white. These bulbs are perfect. They work well with dimmer switches and as you lower the dimmer the color temperature decreases to more reddish very gradually.I like LED's for a lot of applications, but I've been way happier with my art studio since installing these. They are so cozy. If you need good color accuracy nothing beats an incandescent bulb.
