you better have some good eyes to complete this. However it will appeal to those who love a challenge

I enjoyed doing this crab paint by number until I got to the background. There was not enough white paint to get good complete coverage (I think they included 2 pots, probably needed 4). I bought some plain white acrylic paint in a bottle and so when I run out of white I just add it to the empty pot and keep squirting it in as needed. It took a lot to cover this background. I don’t love the look of the white background, but I guess it’s not too bad. It is the first crab I’ve painted! Would recommend if it’s on sale again.

The canvas is very hard to paint on

I just got this painting in and the paint is already almost dry I haven't even really started. I added water to revive them but I shouldn't have to do that for a product I just got in. The ones that aren't dry look very grainy. All in all not happy with the paints

The numbers and areas to paint are TINY. I got this for my incredibly artistic 9 year old and he immediately said he couldn't do it. He tried with some of my tiny brushes (the set a received didn't come with them) but after a few sections he gave up because he was having trouble staying in the lines. This is more advanced and will take a lot of time and dedication to complete.I love the crab and the color palette but not the canvas sheet it is on. I'm not sure why it isn't white since you have to pain the background white anyway.The value is good and this paint by numbers is fun; but it's for a teen or adult in my opinion. The quality of the paint is fine, but thick, so I had to add a little water for the water color affect.
