Keepers of the Kalachakra Review: The master at it again! - I am just astounded by the amount of research that has gone in this book. To weave an absolute nail biter with it is... have no more adjectives to describe it! I wish desertcart make this into a webseries! Review: For science geeks more than thrill seeker - This book is for total science geeks and aficionados, the details on quantum physics were so much in detail, sometime I got list or lost the plot that was being discussed. In lot of places that info could have been limited to minimum. The flow and plot was good though.

A little too much into technical details and less into storytelling
When I read Chanakya Chant for the first time, I was amazed by the plot and the storytelling... Two storylines going in parallel... In different time but yet linked. I liked the book and recommended to my friends. Then I read Krishna Key. I found it Okiesh. Now coming to this book... I enjoyed it... But the major issue is that it involves so much of technicality around Buddhism and other related stuff that sometimes it become tough to understand and most of the times boring. Most of the novel is dedicated to explain those details instead of storytelling. So when u look back after finishing novel, There is little to talk about the story and that what's bothers u.

Everything is connected (except the story)
I like any mystery based on theology and science fiction. Previous books by Ashwin Sanghvi read like David Brown’s thrillers. He seems to know the history of India or researches the topic. In this book, I am disappointed. Without revealing the plot, I feel the story seems to be disconnected. Too many topics and trying to connect them together.

It’s probably the best fiction I have read recently. The combination of ancient & philosophical concepts, world politics, current affairs, drama weaved with effortless storytelling is spell binding.

Just finished the book and my head is still spinning. Kudos to Ashwin for amalgamating so elegantly Vedas, mythology, science, quantum physics, Astro physics and a brilliant take on Religion. A prior knowledge of quantum physics did help me to appreciate many concepts which were at play while moulding and weaving the story. Ashwin's take on religion should actually serve as an example and illustration for all those who are being manipulated by polarized extremists who are fervently fanning the violence for their own selfish needs. AshwinSanghi has been able to amalgamate so beautifully Science and theology and spiritualism that this book is not just a work of fiction but can serve as a guide for those who seek to bridge the gap between spirituality and Science and they would appreciate how much eastern intuitive and perceptive understanding of universe is in line with the latest discoveries pertaining to a more holistic understanding of universe. Is this book an eye opener ? Yes indeed, not just for those who seek spiritual insight but also for those who question and doubt the age old eastern vehicle customs and teaching and those who seek to bridge science and Spirituality. At quantum level everything is intertwined and the analogies presented in this book were all spot on (Loved that analogy about Google search box highlighting the difference/similarity between observer and observed). Not only science and Spirituality but his take on religion and Islam is profound and very rational (devoid of dogma, prejudice, irrationality and phobia), the world only sees the violence but that is only a manifestation of deep seated anomalies, political manipulations, greed, dogma, stone etched rules and regulations, hunger for power, poverty, illiteracy and socio economic problems. Ashwin has in this book targeted all that and pinpointed every aspect and highlighted how all that is funnelling the unrest we see all around and has very rationally in the end suggested the surgical methodology which can amend everything, in an Utopian world that would have been the best way to rationally tackle and analyze the problem of growing terrorism. The book is jam packed with information (Quantum Physics, String theory, general and special theory of relativity, BlackHoles, theology, mythology, spirituality... You name it) and heartfelt thanks to Ashwin for weaving everything together so beautifully without any gaps and presenting a single unified theory that ties everything together. I am going to read the book again because this is not just a fiction but a treasure of knowledge and I most sincerely look forward to Ashwin's next installment because your work sir is an example of what our generation needs for reading. Thank you for your splendid work and best wishes and success to you. -Abhishek Dhar

Good story but way too much detail which makes it difficult for the story to flow. The endless background stories are good at first but become tedious when they come at inappropriate points

Peeps into history, spirituality with ease and woven into a good storyline. Kudos to the writer for keeping the reader engaged.

Let us take a bird's eye view of the plot of the book: The Plot: There are two distinct souls who had almost similar tragic past. The life wasn’t started in good terms for them. Though rather than crying for what they didn’t get by birth, they focused on achieving by hard work supported by their talents. The boy became one of the best research analysts in the world of Physics, and the girl’s love for biology brought her to a remarkable position in her field. The boy got a job in a research company which is considered as the best in the world and he had to live in isolation for a remarkable period. The girl had to perform her research for some rare-to-find herbs in the area where due to the security reasons, the permission from the ministry is required. Unknown to them, their area of work will be very near to each other. And so does the circumstance. The Islamic terrorism is rising around the world and some hardliners made the life hell for the many. Europe is on unrest. But, the rest of the world cannot live the life of peace. Prominent figures from all powerful countries around the world started being attacked mysteriously. Who is behind all these tragic incidents and why he/she is doing it? Or is it an organization? And how all these threads are linked together. Views and Reviews: When you read the book, it starts with attacks, murders and tragic incidents. And, this review talks about the rags to reaches stuff and a love story; so you may think that I got it wrong. Actually, no. But, it is one of the best part of the book according to me. I like the way the characters of Vijay and Sujatha are written. The other thing I like in the book is the absence of adult material. Nowadays it is a fashion amongst writers to use cuss words and write at a length about adulteries in order to woo a specific set of readers. The author bravely talks about various religions and terrorism and that too without being controversial, it is an art, indeed. The strong characters of the book makes it an interesting read. And yes, the author tries giving justice to all the characters in the book and the gender of the character doesn’t have any influence on the same. Now, this is called, real gender equality. The book has some printing/writing mistakes, but overall it is a gripping read. I bought it during a book promotion (Kindle EBook), and as the book is costly, you should also do the same :). Rating: Around 8 stars out of 10.
