Good product and materials, bad communication
I purchased the two sample pack as I had two areas to test. The kit included clear instructions on how to use the sample testing kit and how to package it up to ship to them. The material list say that a pre paid returned postage to the testing facility is included but that is not true.I sent my samples USPS priority on a Tuesday and they received the samples on Thursday at 12pm. They advertise 24 results after receiving the samples. Couldn’t be farther from the truth. It’s now the following Wednesday and I just received the results. Asbestos test results is typically a very time sensitive matter as people might be waiting to continue a home improvement project pending asbestos presence or not.Contacting them is a joke despite what they advertise. Their phone number instantly goes to a voicemail. No matter what time you call. Also their online contact link goes unanswered.The results are easy to read, once you receive them. Dont use this place if you expect a quick turnaround.

It is easy and it works!
I needed an asbestos analysis to obtain a demolition permit. These test kits were straight forward, simple and easy to use. It was much cheaper than my local lab and just as quick. I thought I lost my results and the vendor sent me a copy by email through Amazon. I really appreciated their excellent service.
