Q: I can’t remember how to close this up after use, so it looks like a tube of mascara. Do I remove the head? Where does it get stored?

Hi , look at the picture of this toothbrush. You just put the long case on so yes, it looks exactly like a mascara. (Only remove the brush head when you need to replace it with the extra one you get.) It has holes in it so the brush can dry. Just stand it upright. It's a really nice brush, for travel as well as home - cap keeps it sanitary.

Q: How quiet is it? If I use this in the bathroom at work, will everyone know??

Normal little buzz. I use it when traveling in a public restroom, I don’t care if people hear the buzz.

Q: Are there round replacement heads for the voom sonic-go ?
