Excellent kettle
Having got fed up of Breville and Russell Hobbs brands (all style over substance), I thought I'd give this kettle a go.It looks really nice, and goes with our kitchen colours very well. It boils quietly (a big deal when you get up early to make a cuppa), boils quickly and really, am very pleased with the purchase. A nice blue light gives off a reassuring glow to let you know it's on properly.A problem with a Breville I had previously was that it didn't turn off always when boiling, which is a major safety issue, not to mention annoying. This kettle has no such issue.Very pleased, definite 5 stars as it does what it says on the tin.

Elegant style kettle good price and value. Quiet boiling noise. The only thing I would fault is there is not a wide enough opening on the top lid to get the water in. Otherwise a good purchase. Nice colour of grey and modern slim design.

Review after 2 years
I bought this toaster over 2 years ago, when there were no reviews, I put my trust in it lol, and it hasn't disappointed me at all. It is working after 2 years and it still does a great job. It centers the bread, so no side gets burned. I can put 2 to 4 slices at the same time (depending on the size of the bread slices), the design is nice and the quality is solid. There is a tray at the bottom to remove the bread crumbs and the timer also works well, it takes 1 minute to toast my bread to my perfection. Very happy with it. I recommend this

Kettle stopped working
I have tried to contact customer services but with no luck as I can't find the order number.I purchased this kettle in February of this year and yesterday the kettle has stopped working after a few months if someone could contact me with a replacement kettle this would be appreciated.
