Helly Hansen Women's Seven J Light Insulated Rain Jacket

The jacket did not arrive even close to the stated shipping time. I phoned Helly Hansen and they said they had no record of my order even though I gave them all the details of the order including the credit card transaction. They still insisted there was no record of my purchase. I was shocked that they denied the proof and would not look into it further. Two days later lo and behold the UPS delivery person came to my door with a rather beat up parcel he had found on the doorstep of a house one block away that belonged to some people who were away. I stupidly accepted the parcel even though I had purchased another from Mark's Work Warehouse and liked it very much. It was a Windriver brand. When I tried on the Helly Hansen jacket the large size which is usually the size I would take was not even close to fitting. The chances of me ever buying from Helly Hansen again is nil. I know I won't see my review on your site.

I received a wrong jacket, men's instead of women's! Sending it back.
