I had bought another waist trainer and it dug in my sides so badly I couldn’t last 10 mins with it on. I decided to shop for another one and came across this and gave it a shot. I’m so happy with this purchase, it’s comfortable and breathable and is easy to workout with. I started with a large 9 weeks later I was in a medium, and after three weeks of having the medium I’m on the last notch. In a few more weeks I plan to come back to order a small. I was able to drop down in sizes since I incorporate weight training and cardio. If your looking for comfortably look no further. I just wish I came across this months earlier.

So I'm 5'7 193 pounds...waistline 38 inches when bloated and 36 when I'm not...so from the size chart I thought i needed a XL...welp that was too big..so I switched it for a LG..that was still too big because I had to make it to the tightest point to even feel like it was going to do anything...so I returned it again for a Medium..which is what I'm wearing in the picture...I love how comfortable it feels...definitely recommend it. It's worth the price for sure.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this product even after reading all the reviews. But I have been wearing it for a week now and it feels great and is not uncomfortable. The extender helps a lot as well. Pay attention to your measurements when ordering, don't worry if it is xxl or higher that you need verses the size pants you wear lol It is accurate according to your measurements and will allow you to go in tighter as needed. I also love how it makes me sit up and have better posture. I wear this all day and no rash or anything pinching or irritating me.The only down side is for anyone with a fupa don't expect it to go that low, you may have to pull up your fupa from the inside loloverall I love it and hope to keep going down in size as time goes on.

I bought the large and to my surprise it was really big on me. So I decided to purchase the medium thinking it would be the right fit. The medium still was big. The seller reached out to me personally asking about my experience. I love the quality and function of this product. They gave me a free replacement and the proper size. I would suggest going a size or two smaller than you usually are, obviously depending on the fit you want. I had a great experience both with the seller and the product. Just make sure to wear something light under so your skin doesn’t get irritated my the constant friction. It is worth every cent you will not be disappointed.
