For whatever muscle, ligament ache and pain, this is my go to for relief. I’ve used these for back, hip pain, knee and neck pain, etc. so easy to apply and remove. I find the relief to be long lasting. While the regular Biofreeze patch is good, I like the lavender Biofreeze patch that’s included in this kit. I use that one at night, the menthol is not strong as the lavender works with it to give an aromatherapy, relaxing scent. Wish they sold the lavender menthol patches separately, but this pack is the only way I can buy both of the scents.They adhere pretty well but sometimes will roll off/come off if on an area that rubs such as a pant leg. I sometimes don’t use the full size patch and cut it in half. No need to get goop on your hands, massaging creams on body, just open package, peel adhesive off and slap on body part that needs pain relief.Recently had total knee replacement surgery and these patches were so effective to relieve nerve pain around and behind the knee as i am recuperating. They are helpful too with any lingering pain at night or after exercise therapy.

I thought I had left a glowing review of these yesterday but don’t see it. I wanted to come back to add something.I recently broke my wrist, and the last cast/splint that was put on, was put on too tight at the elbow. That created a horrible injury to that area. I couldn’t straighten my arm without horrible pain. It was swollen. I had tried ice earlier to no avail. I used 2 of the large patches. One on my bicep area and the other to my elbow area. The pain was blocked immediately. I removed them before I went to bed. The swelling was drastically reduced. I couldn’t believe it. My hand didn’t swell as bad last night either. FANTASTICI usually use these on my back when I am having issues and they work really well. The lavender night ones I swear helped me sleep too. These are not like other similar products as they ice…no heat which can cause issues with inflammation areas. My dr recommend these and the roll on. Love them.

Patches are easy to use and they do help me to sleep better. They seem to work all night. They have a pleasant smell.

100% effective for lower back and chronic shin pain. The large pad worked and stayed in place for 18 hours during teaching, yard work and sleeping. The heating pad and belt were not warm enough and were awkward to wear at home and work, I had to stay home and limit my movement. I have been using BioFreeze roll-on from Amazon since 2015, now I will use the pads instead for flat skin areas.

I have bought these over and over again throughout the years. Biofreeze always seems to outlast the others too. The overnight one is cool and it helps the sacrum & lower back too! If you stretch these seem to work better.

I regularly use the Biofreeze gel or spray for my back and hip pain. I have also used Lidocaine patches that help as well. I expected the Biofreeze patches to work as well, or better than Lidocaine, but was disappointed. The patch seems to fall off easily.

This has been a great help for relieving some discomfort. Very happy a friend recommended this product. Especially the clinical strength.
