Great Quality
We were a bit scared to order something like this with out seeing and touching, but WOW, what a pleasant surprise. Nice Quality, nice and think, very flexible and super easy to install. We just cleaned floor very well, placed under door for placement, & marked with a pencil. Took it up, glued with enclosed silicon (2 tubes) and put back in place. Pushed it down well for silicone to get all squished down and adheared. Diffently got our money's worth!

Good quality but the glue is junk
We hated the blue color but liked the price and the idea that it came with 2 glue tube. BUT 1 was hard as a rock and the 1 that was usable.... ruined my gun. Oh well! BUT FYI

Good solution
This is a great low cost solution to an annoying problem with water getting under my garage door. Measure carefully, easy to cut and glue down. Left it rolled out to straighten over night and garage door kept pressure on it for glue to dry. No more puddles in garage.

Very pleased! Works better than neighbor's 5x more $
Fantastic!Santa Cruz California flooding has been harsh. This has been a saving grace!I happen to be a handperson, and have some tips and experience, but have been impressed with the quality and efficacy of this product.Tips:Get about 1.5-2' more than the garage door length. Use to make axillary angle water director pieces (see corner angle edge techniques in photo).Wash area and surrounding area with something like windex, not a degreaser.Dry area with heat gun or blow dryer to heat concrete.Close door. From inside, use a pencil to trace the door line on the concrete.Open door.Lay wide blue tape on the garage side of the line with about 1/8-1/4" gap to line. Layout rubber upside-down (keep adhesive side clean) where it will be attached. Do your best to tape off a ~1/8- 1/4" gap on the outside garage. Tape off ends to avoid messy overflow sticking there too.Prep silicone adhesive:*Have lots of shop towels or fabric pieces (not paper) for clean up and tip wiping. *Have many gloves to change as you finish adhesive edges.Attach tip (before or after) cut tip at ~ 30-45° angle. Open adhesive tube with poker on caulking gun. Squeeze adhesive out of tip to get consistent amount flow. Release gun pressure. Clean up and set aside.Layout rubber in the cleaned area where it will be afixed. Keepingnit upside-down helps keep it clean. Heat the rubber and straighten it out (as much as possible).Cut to fit with a little extra to be trimmed at the end of laying. Wipe sidrnto be affixed with alcohol. Dry with heat gun. Apply adhesive in straight line to what will be the inside garage edge. Do so in a consistent line from end "A" to "B". Keep flow, and zigzag adhesive from "B" to "A"; from edge to edge, ~3" V's. Finish with straight line of adhesive from "A" to "B" end.Line up inner edge with blue tape, keeping rubber perpendicular, and gradually flip and press lightly at first. Trim the very end with utility knife or very strong scissors. Return to the starting edge and press out air and extra adhesive while keeping heat gun on it. Use good pressure, it should start to stay affixed. Trim again if needed.*Be prepared to change gloves and such to avoid adhesive on the finished product.Wipe over flow from starting edge (this will be the 'prettier' side btw) to end. If you dont have a caulking edger, cut the corner of an old gift card, to give a gap to allow for a seam of silicone. You will need to wipe this many times at first. Do a final long run to make it look good at the end.Clean/wipe up messes.Drop the garage door on it and let adhere over night.Wrap the adhesive with plastic wrap.Return the following day to make the corner edges.*If you are doing this in a hot dry environment, don't wait over night, just continue to do the corners.First clean out the adhesive tip from tip to attachement end with a poker, like skewer or caulking gun pooker. Then do the adhesive flow test-run.I suggest making a template for the edges.Use the same techniques as for the straight piece, but when laying start at the garage (inside) edge and rubber that has been laid. Use a sand bag as downward pressure on each corner over night. Then remove tape and use a utility knife to clean any unwanted silicone up.Good luck!

stopped the rain from getting in my shop during storms
This is a really well designed barrier, it marries up nicely to the bottom of my garage door and stops all the flooding I was getting into my shop during heavy rains. The ground in front of my shop is not well graded and the doors face west, into the direction of prevailing storm fronts here. Combined with the great adhesive sealant that comes with the barrier strips, I am no longer having to mop the floor after every big rain, thank goodness!
