Tasty. But sourer on reuse
It is very good. However, I am in the 5th cycle of reuse of the fermentedkefir. It becomes sourer as number of cycles increases. I'm only using 1 tablespoon of kefir from previous cycle for fermentation. However, it's drinkable

Good Consistency
I made Kefir with Coconut Milk and i got with Good Consistency and thickness. Fermentation time is lesser than Dairy Milk.

Waste of money
I used this powder but seems ordinary curd . Now ordered kefir live grains .company must clearly state it is just a curd powder not kefir. Otherwise reply with scientific proof that this is a kefir powder. I am eagerly waiting for their response.
