Great purchase!
I bought this to shelter stray cats that come by the house to eat and hang out. Can easily fit two large cats, a third cat can fit but it would be a tight squeeze lolVery nice and sturdy shelter for themFrom what I’ve seen they LOVE to lay on the top of the house during the day and just chill. Honestly very affordable and sturdy and overall a good purchase. Instructions to build were easy to understand and finished within 30 minutesA must buy if you are looking to give shelter to a stray or just any small animal ✨

Very cute!
My teenage son put it together, so it's an easy set up. It's very cute and a good size. It has a really strong odor, but I know that type of wood repels bugs. I have it outside and the smell did calm down. My cat uses it and stays dry.

Bought for porch strays
Bought this for our porch strays. Very simple basic shelter. Not insulated but will provide a shelter from the elements. Decent size for probably two adult cats. I have a momma and three kittens and they will all fit. Bought a self heating mat for the bottom for some extra comfort for them. Easy to assemble and seems like it will last for awhile. Definitely recommend

Great house for the price
I never even looked at the instructions. Easy to assemble though it did need a couple little pilot holes where the top hinges go to prevent splitting and it's easier to attach the top hinges to the house first then reattach to the lid. Ya know, leverage, but it's great. Others have mentioned the smell, that's fir wood. No chemical smell at all. Perfect for the need and my ferals already love it.

It’s ok
I got this in hopes that it would persuade feral rabbits to find shelter somewhere other than under my deck, we shall see. I wouldn’t bother with the instructions, they are a little confusing, but the hutch goes together easily enough. They don’t provide any tools to tighten the screws, so being a screwdriver. I wasn’t able to attach the hinges to the hutch because they didn’t provide pilot holes and I didn’t have the tools to properly create holes without damaging the hutch, so right now the lid is just sitting on top of the hutch and the hinges are in my kitchen drawer. Overall, the materials seem pretty cheap, I will be surprised if it lasts the winter.

Good quality kitty house
We were very happy with this little kitty house. It is very sturdy and made with quality materials. The roof has what appears to be roofing shingle material and our outdoor cat loves to sit up there. We removed the clear plastic flaps used at the opening just until she gets used to going in and out. The top lifts on hinges that don't slam down. Overall we would highly recommend this product.

It will work!
The house definitely had an odor to it. Aired it out a couple days before allowed cat to use it.Instructions were very vague and the floor did not fit as picture showed. Had to made adjustments.Seems sturdy, looks nice, we will see how it weathers in an Oregon Winter. So far has held up, but is not directly in the rain.

It's nice a bit small but cute. Tiny house for a cat.
There is a stray coming around at night so we set this out for it with some food inside. It eats the food but never stays.

Adorable petite maison
