This is so comfortable I've purchased many waste shers over the years and this is 1st one I've been able to wear all day.

I have waisted money on a lot of waist chinchers, but reading the reviews before purchasing, it had such good reviews so I thought I'd try this last one. It's so comfortable and I wear it whole day. Am so impressed. My waist is 94cm so I bought 2XXl and it's the right fit. I've noticed it helps me to sit up straight and also it hinders me from eating too much. I couldn't finish my dinner last night, it makes you feel so full. Thumbs up for this waist chincher. 👍👍

I was dubious about buying this, due to buying similar ones and being disappointed. But I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable and this difference it makes with my clothes.

I have had this on a handful of times now and it dose creep out of place all the time so I would b buying it again

Fit for purpose, it does exactly as per description, I just love it I'm buying one more

It fits great, my normal size is L/XL and I got a L. It is comfortable enough and I like that it has a 2nd cinching strap to tighten it (and that it's velcro!). It lays on my body correctly, it's just that some areas have a little 'bubbling' because I have curves and rolls like most people, but that is because the material isn't a hard shell. Haven't tried washing it or anything, but I will most likely hang to dry.

It does help reduce your belly fat. But you have to work out. It doesn’t make you sweat though so that’s the only negative. I have been working out in it and it didn’t really fit me when I first started but as the weeks passed you can definitely see the waist getting smaller. The trainer is fitting better.

Not quite as hourglass as the photo implies but fits good and does roll up or down. Stays in place if between sizes order smaller size and clip to the bigger fitting clips.
