Xbox Series X Console (Renewed)

Console works great, have an issue with a game, but that could be because it is 3 generations old as opposed to the console.

So far, Ive got the renewed Xbox and if I gotta be honest, it’s the best purchase I ever made. I’ve seen other people purchasing the renewed saying it’s not worth it but I think it’s a 50 percent chance of getting a great condition of the Xbox series X. The Xbox didn’t come with a box, but it was safety secured in some bubble wrap and more. Most importantly, the controller came with the case but it was missing one medal part of the controller, that’s all it was missing but other than that, the Xbox runs great, almost as if I got it as new, and the controller looks clean and smooth and I don’t have a problem with any of the mechanics or any system issues.

System and controller are in excellent condition, disc drive is great for older games and the frame rate is miles above the 12 yr old One X Elite I was using! The box was a little dinged up when I received it, but the goods inside were exactly as promised. Would recommend or buy from here again!

UPDATE: The defective machine I received was shipped back to Amazon as a return and and was received on 10/20. It is now 11/13 and Amazon has yet to refund my money. I have reached out to Amazon customer support multiple times and to this point, they have been unwilling to help. In fact, the last person I worked with basically told me to wait till 11/24. MY RECOMMENDATION: Proceed with caution. I had so much trust in Amazon to make things right before this. Not as much anymore… I purchased this machine because I saw that it was on sale on Prime Day for $399. I figured it was a great deal so I read up on the “Amazon Renewed” items and felt that if Amazon says they inspect and test these items that it would work so I went ahead. Two days later my system arrived. I spent the time unpacking, hooking up and installing the system. After some time I was able to download and install a couple games and attempted to play. Each and every game crashed. Some times the game would crash and send me back to the Home Screen, some times it would crash the entire system completely. I tried resetting the system, looking for updates and all the other troubleshooting steps to get things working with no luck. Ultimately, I gave up. I figured I had wasted enough of my time and contacted Amazon to return it. I will not be buying another unit from Amazon, new or “Renewed” as all the time wasted on this experience has soured me on them. I’ll just bite the bullet and buy one local. At the end of the day I would say to think long and hard on buying one of these renewed systems. I seriously doubt much quality control is being done as I was just shipped out a broken unit and wasted a ton of my time trying to get it to work.

I got this such a long time ago, still works perfectly fine. I used to use it daily, but have recently took a break form playing. But all around a spectacular gaming machine.

It's a good quality product that looks brand new at first glance and is suitable for everything related to high-quality video games and technology.

its an xbox - does xbox stuff as it should-

Having an issue with one game so far where the console turns off unexpectedly. Done all trouble shooting steps and still happens. I think I need to send it to Microsoft for repairs. Works fine otherwise.

Have had for over a year now works like a charm. Little bit of scuffs but for price I paid couldn't of asked for a better product and still came with warranty so had that safeguard

Renewed console works like brand new 0 issues

No creí que las renew o reacondicionado fueran tan funcionales no he tenido problemas con el equipo solo la paquetería es muy tardado la entregaron una semana después del día de entrega

Lo compre para mi cumpleaños, instale un juego y todo iba normal, cuando queria instalar un segundo juego, estaba fallando la instalacion, y al final no se queria instalar. intente moverme por todo el menu y muchas cosas empezaron a fallar o no querian iniciar, renicie la consola, y funciono de nuevo. Nuevamente volvieron a fallar las instalaciones, quise entrar instalar otros juegos y cancelar los anteriores y fallaba. Reinicie la consola por segunda vez, ahora tardaba iniciar la consola pero alrededor de 5 minutos, ya no inicio normalmente, ahora iniciaba en modo seguro dandome los errores E100, E101. No pude hacer nada para resolver, ni si quiera podia reestablecerse de fabrica (por mas que pulsaba "A" en esa opcion, no iniciaba, intente actualizarlo por USB, tampoco funciono). Y lo devolvi, en cuanto me den la devolucion lo comprare por el proveedor de XBOX o MICROSOFT
