It's such an amazing book filled with lots of angst
The book is filled with spice and a it convey emotions between the characters with unsaid words. The author has done an excellent job with conveying everything that a reader should know about in the book and kept me completely hooked up to them.Even for a reader it's hard to choose two or three of Clover's love interest. I feel Clover and the love she holds for her men.Toward the end of the book, I was clueless not knowing how the author is going to end. If only I knew or noticed it's a cliffhanger, I guess I wouldn't have picked it but again the Blurb made my eyes turn blind. Whatever it has lead to me, I'm so happy to gotten a chance to read and review this amazing book. Now, I just can't wait to read the next book and I'm already having a lot of expectations on the next one. I hope my anticipation is not affected.

Dark & Spicy in the best ways
This is one of the best books I've read in the last year. It sucks you in and keeps you on the edge in more ways than one ;)This is a reverse harem with 4 love interests, including two professors. The guys have distinctly different personalities with only one thing in common: Clover.Clover is smart, inquisitive, and somewhat naive but not because she's stuck her head in the sand (which I appreciate). Her big brother, Tempest aka Storm Cloud, does everything in his power to keep her in the dark regarding his dark deeds so that she can be the light. But in reality everything is gray, including his dear sister.I find Tempest completely insufferable, his reasoning for behaving like an overprotective douchecanoe notwithstanding. Morgan would be my favorite but he's a little too twisted. Xavier and Rio are just right, but Rio gets the W because of the shared history and thoughtfulness without being mushy. Rossi is... well the verdict is out on him.READ IT, you won't regret it. The plot is unique so far and I'm enjoying the historical "Salem" vibes.

Broken Beauty Review
I loved this book and can't wait for September I believe to read book 2 😍😍😍This is a story about Clover, who is studying at Titan Falls University with her best friend Ardyn. Clover is beautifully unique. She doesn't conform to societies standards and is just a little different from her peers with her choice in wearing black mostly and also her love of witchcraft and all things associated with darkness.Whilst gathering information for her assignment in her favourite class she stumbles upon so much more which also piques the interest of professor Morgan, professor Rossi, her new love interest Xavier and her old crush Rio, all of whom happen to be tied to the Mafia in one way or another and all involved with her brother Tempest. All 4 men begin to fall hard for her, and the connection that Clover has with all 4 of them grows throughout this book (some faster than others).Clover becomes more and more obsessed with finding out what truly happened to the witch she is studying for her assignment to the point of her breaking into her brothers home as she thinks she may find answers there. However, Tempest and her 4 love interests have a hidden agenda in relation to Clover's witch assignment. After a confrontation with Tempest, Ardyn, and the men, Clover is forced to head back home. Whilst on the walk back home, she is taken. But by who exactly, no one knows???This is a dark why choose romance so definitely check your trigger warnings ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️I loved that Clover finally started to come into her own by the end of this book. It was also good to see that when she was being bullied by the mean girls, her men would do anything to protect what's theirs. I can't wait to see what happens in book 2. I feel like this book was the build-up, and book 2 is going to be everything!!! I'm not a fan of Tempest, I think that yes, he loves his baby sister but doesn't realise how smart she is and how useful she could be....This is a multiple POV with super spicy scenes which was amazing but some spicy scenes were a little more extreme than others. Also, is it strange that my favourite MMC so far is Professor Morgan????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌶🌶🌶🌶

So good
This is my first time reading Kerley Allison and I must admit that this book has been hanging out on my kindle for a while now, I'm not sure why because the moment I started, I was hooked. Dark and spicy, it sucks you in right from the beginning. My only complaint is the confusion with Cruel Promise and the Briarcliff series. Now it does mention that you can read cruel promise first but it is not necessary, but it also shows that cruel promise is the third book in this series, when in fact its more of a prequel. I mention this because there are a lot of things mentioned, or describe as if you know what happened in the past. Which you would if you had read Cruel promise first. Then in loyal vows, things are again mentioned from the past as if you already know what happens, come to find out those things happened in the Briarcliff series. So today I have not only purchased the 3 books for this series but then went and purchased the Briarcliff series so that I could understand everything mentioned in these series.

4 stars
I've given this 4 stars because it's such an interesting story. You have the supernatural mixed with the usual RH trope. It's the RH that lets it down but it's still pretty good and well worth a read. I am intrigued to know where the supernatural story is going and looking forward to the next book.

very dark but couldn’t put it down
This is book 1 in the series with why choose reverse harem! 1 lucky lady and 4 hot men (a stalker, a psychopath, a famous athlete and a professor with an age gap). It’s a very dark academia where I would highly recommend checking trigging warnings beforehand! Some kink and interesting FM and MFM scenes are in store for readers!Tropes and vibes:- touch her and regret it- mafia- dark academia (university setting)- solving a mystery- underestimated FMC- gothic vibes4.5⭐️4.5🌶️
