This really works in spite of the fact that it looks silly. Because I can't stand on my own, this is really been a godsend. It does just as advertised and saves me a lot of time! No assembly required, lightweight, but a little difficult to store. This will be a blessing if you have difficulty bending over to pull up your pants. Worth the investment.

This product has some room for improvement. It’s arm is not long enough and if the individual using it has issues with dexterity this product will be a challenge to use.

My family thought this was a crossbow model when I opened it. I left it out for a whole day without them figuring out what it was lol. It's kind of like trying to net a fish when the handle for the net is too long and the net too small. This is SOOO MUCH easier. And with my other hip starting to give me problems, I predict I'll get a lot of use from this.Put these inside your pants with the opening of the device toward you, poke your feet in, and pull the device with the pants on it up as far as you can, or until you can reach your pants anyway.My biggest negative on these is that there are no directions. If you are getting this for someone elderly, there's a chance they have trouble learning new things. There's a really good chance they're not going to go online to look up how to use a device, they're just going to chuck it in a corner if it's not immediately obvious how to use it. Included directions would help people a lot.The listing shows ribbons tied through beltloops to hook over the pegs for jeans, but does not come with ribbons.If you are heavy, the leg loops might not let you pull up your pants as far as someone who is not heavy. However, you should be able to get them up far enough for you to reach them. And definitely this helps with just keeping your pants open enough to get your feet in at all.
