Solid bar.
Solid pull down bar, only downside is that it is 3 separate pieces, so the two ends clip into the middle bar which feels kind of strange when you first grab it and pull down, but it feels normal for the rest of the time. Still a good product.

The media could not be loaded. I was a bit skeptical at first I wasn’t looking for anything flimsy. This bar exceeded my expectations it is sturdy and gets the job done.

Lat Pull Down Bar
I have a squat rack with a gym pulley system. I needed the bar for pull downs. It really worked well and did the job. It is very light and doesn't feel as strong as the bar in the gym. It looks fragile and can quickly get wear and tear. However, it gets the job done.
