The company stands behind their products.
Product wasn't very effective for my pooch, but the company offers a money back guarantee so I'm leaving 5 stars for the customer service.

Had opposite effect
Dogs LOVED the smell and taste of this “no chew” spray. Even after I took the item away from them that was sprayed they continued to roll around and rub their bodies where the item had been. If it weren’t so ridiculously funny I would have been upset at the wasted $$. I kid you not. It was like cat nip for my two dogs. Insert eye roll emoji…

Works but Stains
It clearly states on the label to test on fabrics before you use it, but I would say that it will stain any fabric because it is oil based. It works pretty well to keep a puppy from chewing. It also works really well to keep my own fingers out of my mouth. Since it is on the furniture it gets all over your fingers and if you put your fingers to your mouth you will also taste the bitter orange. It might work well on children who bite their nails, lol. It is not toxic. So, overall yes it works, but if you want to protect your expensive fabrics don’t use it. I spray it on a towel and put the towel over the furniture and tape it in place.

Semi-Effective for short term uses.
I got this to dissuade my dog from a self soothing habit of chewing/nibbling on her front legs. It seems to work well enough when she does it. I spray it on her legs and she stops chewing, but it doesn’t seem to last more than a few hours so it’s not a long lasting solution. It doesn’t seem to work as a retained memory of unpleasant taste. She gets a blech response like she tasted something bitter and then just moves on to do something else. I suspect spraying her legs with anything else may get the same response. I do know it tastes bitter, so if you’re spraying a lot on an area, keep it away from your face, I accidentally sprayed some when she was too close to the air purifier and had an essence of it waft in my mouth as I was talking to her and it definitely doesn’t taste great.I think this might help as a supportive tool but definitely doesn’t solve the problem.

It works for a very persistent Cockapoo puppy.
Count me as one of the people this stuff worked for. Got a full on maniac Cockapoo puppy, and she will chew anything. Spray this on, she kind of sniffs, and leaves it be.If I spray a bunch, the mist does get bitter on the tongue. And bonus, it's non poisonous and says it can be used on dogs skin in case the dog is chewing his own self. Haven't had to do that, and wouldn't, but nice to know.Price is ridiculous for a product shipped out of China, for bitter chemicals, but it does work. I bought another bottle for when first bottle runs out it works that well. (for me anyways)

Love it but didn’t work
Pros: no horrific smell that seems to get stuck on your clothes and skin and somehow in your mouth like certain other products I won’t nameMade with natural ingredientsCan be used on your skin to teach puppies to not bite or nipNo stainingMade by a company that makes great products.Cons:Dogs smelled it. Walked away , licked their lips trying to figure it out, circled around back to it… and well, they didn’t seem to mind it. Kept chewing my chair. Within the day were back to nibbling and biting arms hands and feet. The only thing it may have helped was my puppy chew a little less on my other dogs hot spot. Was gentle on the skin.I REALLY wanted to like this product. It’s rated well and doesn’t smell disgusting. But it just didn’t work.

Effective Canine Deterrent, Totally Recommend!
This is a really positive review because this product works! It's perfectly safe on my furniture, showing no signs of damage or staining. The effectiveness as a deterrent has exceeded my expectations, helping to keep my dog from unwanted chewing. A solid purchase for any dog owner in need.

My dogs like the flavor
This didn't work for my puppies. They actually like the flavor of it, so it just made the issue worse. I tried it on several surfaces and the puppies went to town on it, thinking I had sprayed it with a treat.
