They are not hard, dry, and unbreakable like some tenders. We break part of one into small pieces as a treat and he loves them. We avoid made in China treats which can contain mystery meat or worse.

I didn’t realize when I bought these that the ingredients included poultry to which my dog is allergic. They should make that very clear on the front of the package. I expected them to be beef only.
