So far, I’ve tried two flavors and both were good. Very easy to dissolve in water. I like the individual packets. The tastes were a little strong for me with 8 oz of water, but I added more water and enjoyed the flavors. Not too sweet! I cannot say if they made me feel better, but they certainly didn’t harm me. I would recommend!

Recently switched from liquid IV. Low sugar content but still perfectly sweet. I use one packet in a 30oz tumbler with ice so probably more like 20ish oz of water and it’s just the right amount. A little pricey but I don’t drink the daily. Easy to use. Taste great and safe while breastfeeding.

Works great for hydration. I was skeptical but this actally works, and tastes good. I bought it because I get altitude sickness. They say to help with that you should try to stay as hydrated as possible. I drank these on my way up and every day while I was on my trip and the symptoms were minimal the first night. I will definitely be purchasing this again especially for summer.

Amazing flavors (aside from the watermelon) and well worth the money. It's one of the best electrolytes I've tried and I will definitely be continuing to purchase.
