Absolute garbage, very poorly made, product of China. Strap came apart at the seams as soon as it was put on. Trying to return to get my money back. This product is junk.

Works great

I loaded the propane canister into the backpack and tried to pick it up. The shoulder strap tore out at the seam. Then I found out it was none returnable! I had to call customer service to get a refund. Too bad because it was something I actually needed. DO NOT BUY.

I use my ground torch for many tasks around our property and this was exactly what was needed to make it practical. It has several adjustment straps to hold the tank securely and very comfortably on my back. It is well made with good quality buckles.

On the first use, the strap ripped off where it was sewn to the backpack. After close viewing, it had been sewn using a single stitch line. After trying to return to Amazon, the automated system did not allow - "thinking" that I was trying to return a propane tank. After 40 minutes of trying to contact Amazon and waiting for a return call, I proactively kept up my pressure and was ultimately credited. For a check I pulled at the other strap and it ripped off. Very dangerous if I was operating with a full tank. Complete JUNK!

Tried to pick the thing up and it ripped to shreds. Only a half full tank, but thankfully it didn’t land on my foot.

1st time using and almost hurt myself. Customer doesn't offer refunds great size, and great if item worked. Very cheap qualityEasy to use
