Great substitute for my original Vitamix jug, good price too.

When the jug arrived I realised it was not an authentic Vitamix one. Compared to my actual Vitamix jug the blades look blunt. If it doesn’t function well it will be returned.

The product seems to be high quality and works great for me. Delivered on time as well.

Blade is too high compared to original Vitamix jug. It’s a really bad replica! Can’t even blend fresh fruit, still leaves chunks. I wouldn’t recommend this item for Vitamix blender at all. I rather buy a whole new blender.

If you are blending anything frozen - not great, doesn't blend smoothe, and makes an awful racket on high speed. If you're blending soft things, it'll probably be fine... but anyting not basic and soft, just get a Vitamix replacement jug. Seller was responsive and helpful, but just wouldn't recommend due to the actual functionality of the jug itself.

Value for money. Aesthetically on spot. Glossy look compared to previous one.

The quality of the container is good but unfortunately, the quality of the blade is not so good. It had problems with blending Apple which is not the toughest of foods to blend.Recommendation is to only buy if blending softer foods
