Good neutral sound
I'm using these in my home studio to listen back to musical sketches that I record. They are perfect for this, providing a clean neutral sound. They would get five stars but the volume control slider lets the speakers down.

The best you can get for the price
The best you can get for the price, I got them plugged to my laptop through SoundBlaster Omni on RCA, on Flat EQ, no SBX and other tweaks just full range stereo speakers, they sound great like for me but hey I'm not an expert, I'm happy about em' thoughI would recommend to anyone on £100-ish budget

They were working but they are not
Had these about a year now and they have just failed. Made a farting sound and now no sound. I would avoid these and find something more reliable.Edit - repaired on a RMA.The issue I have now is large amount of static discharge which wasn't present before and the speakers keep turning themselves off through the power saving feature.again, would recommend to avoid.

Fluid Audio F4?? Never heard of them.........but brilliant
I have mixed uses for these speakers. Multimedia audio, music playback, piano keyboard amplification, mixing and production. Been using them for about 6 weeks now.Beautifully balanced audio from incredibly compact studio monitors.Bargain buy!

Amazing at the price!
These are an excellent product for the price.I'm using these for home studio use. They are very neutral, fast and detailed with surprisingly good bass from a small cabinet enclosure. The build quality is very high and they produce plenty of usable volume. Highly recommended.

Great quality for such a cheap option
I am not an audiophile and therefore cannot make any more or less irrelevant statements such as "it sounds tinny" or whatnot. These statements aren't generally helpful and more often are nonsense than I care to imagine. What I can do is provide some useful information regarding the speakers based on personal opinion and empirical fact.I purchased these studio monitors for use in a professional distance learning environment. I use them for running a virtual classroom. I have performed some tests on them which are interesting. My intended goal for these monitors was to allow me to hear my remote students speak while running an extremely short filter on recording to perform acoustic echo cancellation. This requires that the PC which they're connected to can identify the output audio from the signal played when recording it back and then subtract the output signal from the input signal. There are many factors involved with this, however the more accurate the output of the speakers and the more accurate the input of the microphone, the less effort the PC will have performing acoustic echo cancellation.I purchased an AKG D5 micrphone which is a very inexpensive (about 100 pounds) microphone which has a frequency response range similar to these monitors. I placed the microphone in front of each speaker and played out sound and captured it in a loop. I used a Roland UA-4fx sound card (cheap, old, but good) with the buffers on the card set very short. The cables I used were pro-grade, nothing exceptional. I also recorded sound without the speakers to get a control value for the ambient noise picked up by the microphone. I then compared the input signal to the output signal.I tested using synthetic audio signals between 1khz and 16khz.What I found is that the left speaker produced about -1.5db signal loss compared to the right. This is chalked up to loss over the relatively "budget" cable provided in the box. As I increased the volume of the monitors, the signal loss grew in a pattern that appeared logarithmic, however my intended goal is to have the speaker function at normal talking levels so this is not an issue for me.From my findings, I'm entirely willing to backup the producers claims of greater than 90db signal to noise, at least in the ranges and volume levels I tested. This was absolutely wonderful. Now, my personal feelings.Pros- The speakers are well made- They function at or slightly better than advertised (amazing huh?)- They are good looking speakers- They are absolutely wonderful either for studio or entertainment.- They are dirt cheapCons- If you don't see the foot pads in the box (as I didn't) and place them on a simple Ikea desktop, even minimal sliding will scratch their textured coating. This is because they are heavy and the material can't survive the minimal friction.- The cable provided for connecting the two speakers is pretty cheap in quality. It also always bothers me when it doesn't fit perfectly in the clips for the connectors. There was a little too much solder on the end of one cable causing it to stick out a bit. No big deal, but it's a pet peeve of mine, I did manage to fix it with a simple cigarette lighter.I absolutely recommend these to anyone who doesn't need a wider frequency response range. I'd imagine there are plenty of you guys out there who want the world to believe that you can really hear a difference between 90db and 110db SnR, but you probably wouldn't be buying little monitors like this anyway. These are good for professional use, though peeking at 22khz is a bit low in my opinion if you're working in post production. For listening, they're excellent. If you need them for voice as I do, they're spectacular. I am really happy I didn't spring for the Genelecs even though I've used them for years in video post.
