These are very short and very thin. Absolutely do not add any compression.

Good undershirt for layering
Overall, It is what I was looking for. I could wear it as outerwear with something under it. The recommended size was 2x ,but I bought 3x to cover my long torso and I didn't want to have to ask for help getting dressed. It covered my 42Cs well enough, the arms were a little loose but long enough and made it a one-person effort to change with dry skin. The length was long enough, 2 more inches would be better for me. If I really wanted some compresson 2x would have been a better choice if I had help dressing. The fabric was a little rubbery and seamed to breathe well enough for limited exercise. The cold wash in a laundry bag and air dry still looks new with no pilling yet.

Thrilled with the fit!
I needed a tummy compression post-surgery, but everything I purchased and tried completely flattened my chest and looked/felt terrible! I am about a 38D and got a medium. Very happy.
