Its very good my pup loves her dog crate goes straight in no bother goes in at night and sleeps right through till morning

I ordered this cage so I can allow my elderly collie X dog to sleep in the house at night. The item arrived fairly promptly, but when I sent my old girl to get in she didnt fit. The cage while big enough to house her had she chosen to simply go in and lay down, did not allow her to turn around comfortably. I contacted the seller PET CENTRAL to arrange a pick up, and ordered a new, bigger cage while I was on the phone. As well as having to pay extra for the larger cage, I also had to pay a delivery/pickup charge. I paid this without question, after all, I made the initial order. Delivery was arranged for today Friday 12 October. The delivery time was given as between 9am, and 5pm. The vagueness of the time is frustrating to say the least. Add to that having to take a whole day off work, this cage has went from being a reasonable price to only just affordable. Late afternoon, and still no sign of the courier so I contacted the seller, and spoke to the person dealing with my order (name can be provided). This person informed me they would take my number, check with the courier service and contact me with five minutes. I allowed an hour before calling the person back. I was greeted by a pre recorded message stating the inbox of the number I was calling was full, and could not accept any further messages. I then checked my email inbox to find a message had been sent by the person I had been chatting with. In it they have offered to have the item collected, and the larger replacement left with me on Tuesday. Not only do I have to wait a further four days I have to take further time off work. Not a very good service in my mind. The lesson to be learned here I feel is, buy cheap, and buy twice. Stick to the large well known, chains, and deal with them in person.
